My wife was discharged in May after a very pleasant and beneficial stay at Dry Harbor Nursing and Rehabilitation center. It was certainly a true "Care with a Smile" experience. Your professional staff and skilled nursing department and especially your Rehabilitation staff are first class and know what each resident requires. In addition your food services are to be complimented. I am a life Member of the American Legion, Jewish War Veterans and Knights of Pythons as well as senior Citizens Branch in Queens and I will gladly recommend your facility to every member who may require your services."
"Dear Executive Administrator,
My father was a resident at Dry Harbor Nursing and Rehabilitation center this spring, recovering from double by-pass surgery. I would like to thank Angelo Crimeni and his staff of therapists who were very kind and professional. With their help my dad was able to regain normality in his daily life.
Thank to the entire third floor nursing staff that make sure my dad was stimulated in the early stages when he could not do much. I was always greeted with a smile by the receptionist and the social service department provided kind words and encouragement. I would like to thank Brenda Farley LPN, the HMO coordinator whose kind demeanor and openness really made me feel confident in choosing Dry Harbor. In closing, it is the people who work in you building that make your center the caring and healing place it is."
"My mother has recently been admitted to your rehabilitation program after a knee replacement surgery in a local hospital, our family is very involved and extremely pleased. But I would like to thank you for something most people don't pick up and those due probably don't thank for. The use of quality brand products from the Proctor and Gamble diapers to the Georgia Pacific whips, being an institutional sales man in Pennsylvania , I know of the imported brands institutions like your are using and the negative effect it has on the residents. Although its pricy I want you to know it doesn't go unnoticed and I want to thank you for your true "Quality of Care".
Keep up your good work."
"To the administration,
I would like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere thanks for the care that was given to my mother while a resident of the Dry Harbor Nursing Home. She passed away this past July at the age of 110 years. My mother was a resident for 14 years. I am very thankful to the staff of Dry Harbor Nursing Home and in Particular to those on the seventh floor. I ask that you kindly share my words with them and my sincere appreciation for their genuine warmth, kindness and compassion over the years."
My father resided at Dry Harbor Nursing Home for three years. The nursing home made me feel comfortable and the staff was always accessible. Both my father and I enjoyed use of your concourses level and the entertainment programs provided which enhanced my father's quality of life. As his illness progressed he felt comfortable and safe remaining on his unit due to the care and concern provided by the staff. I knew he was cared for and groomed daily and his clinical needs were addressed. The staff would work with me and informed me as to his needs and comforts which gave me peace of mind. I wish to thank you all at Dry Harbor Nursing Home for caring for my father these past three years."
"To the Entire Staff of Dry Harbor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center,

To everyone else who made P.'s life a little more pleasant, my whole hearted appreciation."
